A Hotel’s credit card authorization form with a signature is required in order to guarantee the reservation.

Payment policy

30% of the total reservation cost is charged as a deposit. Please note that in case you do wish to pay the deposit by card, the banks here in Greece do make a 3% service charge for all card payments.

The balance payment is due IN CASH (euro) at reception.

CANCELLATION POLICY

No extra cancellation fees apply 61 days prior to the scheduled arrival. In case of cancellation after this release date, the deposit is not refundable.

60 days prior to the arrival date of the visitor-client, 30% of the total amount of the stay is charged.
59 to 31 days prior to the arrival date of the visitor-client, 50% of the total amount of the stay is charged.
30 to 15 days prior to the arrival date of the visitor-client, 60% of the total amount of the stay is charged.
14 to 7 days prior to the arrival date of the visitor-client, 90% of the total amount of the stay is charged.
7 or less days prior to the arrival date of the visitor-client, the total amount of the stay is charged.
No - show or departure prior to the scheduled one result 100% of the entire booking.
